replacing pistons
thinking of going with h22 pistons in my h23...now would i be able to do this with the motor in the car and just threw the bottom of the motor, w/o ripping out the head, or is that impossible?
are you going to leave the crank in, or are you going to take it out. If you leave it in you wouold have to take the head off and slide the piston and rod down the cylinder walls. Then tourqe down the rod bolts around the crank. This would be the most ideal way to do it. You just need to get a piston ring compressor.
