Not too sure how to adjust your hood/bumper gap...but just guessing, see if you can adjust the hood latch height, or hood latch assembly height.
I had the same alignment problems when I got my CF hood. This is what I did. ajust the part of the latch that bolts too the hood tilll you get the gap in the middle to where you want it. Then drill out two big holes one the sides of the hood at the front where the little rubber rests go (look at your stock hood you can tell what im talking about from there). You can then use thouse to ajust the correct level of gap on either side of the hood. As far as side gap goes, the holes on the hood higes ar ovals not circles so try ajusting it from their. Hope this helps!

youll have to retap it. im not sure of the size but get a tap the correct size and thread and that should fix the problem.
it looks like it's on crooked..try to adjust the hinge bolts to the hood..some times they have that little play so mess with that.
and as far as the hood and bumper clearence I just did it the getto way and jump on the support until it line up..

Remove hood,
retape threads
Place hood on car
find bolt
Instert bolt into hood
tighten.
Done!
