Oh, and Mugen doesn't make chips for ECUs.

 

has ANYONE ever had any success with these so-called "chipped" ECU's? I dont think Ive ever heard of any success stories with them. Kenji's ECU seems good from what Ive seen and heard but even then people say it runs pig rich.

I believe my car runs pretty rich, I am going to have to get a wideband to confirm that, but from the carbon deposits coming from the exhaust I would say it does, I have heard that it is difficult to get a stock ECU back into a Type R, and I haven't had this one for very long, but I would change it if I could. I might end up just getting it hondata tuned in a few months.
