Buzzing noise from IACV area?

Buzzing noise from IACV area?
I posted in the other Civic forum with some crazy responses, so maybe you guys in here can answer this.
I have a odd buzzing like noise from the IACV area. Its between injectors 2 and 3 its sounds like.... and right under the air box. Or at least thats where its heard the clearest. When I rev the throttle the noise gets louder, then subsides a lil.... sounds like some kind of air induced problem!
Any ideas?
