Ive got a 00 ek civic vti hatch and i get this really annoying noise from around the gear stick/centre console area. I think its just engine noise or summin but i dont think i should be able to hear it inside the car. Any one else get this ?? cheers Si

Its hard to describe really, its basically coming from under the gearstick/centre console area. Its just engine noise, its not that loud but just annoying.... is there supposed to be a sound gard under there somewhere?? maybe mines missing ? ? Si

Could be a heat shield rattling...but i would have to agree for a better description of the noise
