It's a stck 3g integra gauge cluster. They look like that from the factory.

 

I mean pure white.

 

you could put in plain white bulbs or just take the little blue condoms off of your stock bulbs. It may not come out quite white, but theres no way to know until you try.

 

Bright white leds, but they wont fill the whole area. Spots will be left not shining the proper way

its obvious you havent tried. taking off the blue condoms will make the light less white. try to get some "hyperwhite" bulbs for your gagues. it will look <U>whiter </U>but i can garuntee you they will be <U>less brighter</U>

 

you're right I haven't and I'm guessing he hadn't either.
