Default Buying parts on the internet?

I haven't really bought any used parts over the internet and am currently thinking about it. I am looking for some ctr cams and have found some. I am worried that they won't be ctr cams when I get them or they'll be jacked up. Should I worry? Also is paypal secure enough? I mean don't they give me a chance to get the product checked out? Just wondering if you guys have been buying used parts from the private owner and not a company and your personal experiences.

Peace

PayPal is not secure at all. Use Escrow.com or iescrow.com (Tradenable). That way you can check the goods out first.

Like the previous poster said, PayPal is essentially like cash.

I know I should check but I will ask. Is escrow.com free? And the people that have used it before, was it a good experience?

Peace

Buying from this site? If so, do a reference check. Also, I always check post count. If they have less than 200 or so, I worry.
