Hello,

My 92 DX hatchback needs a new radio. And since I'm buying a radio that has 4 channels in it, I'm wondering where to put the other 2. My car came only with speakers on the doors.

On other 92-95 civic hatchbacks(si and Ex), are there any other speaker locations?
I dont want to create sub boxes or or put speakers where they are not suppose to be.
I want the interior to look as stock as possible.

The rear speaker locations are in the rear panels where the armrest are for the people in the backseat. It comes as a whole rear speaker kit from the dealer, I paid about $80 for the perforated panels and assembly that holds the speaker. If you remove the rear bench and pull back the carpet, you'll see the speaker plugs taped in blue.

5 1/4" for the back speakers in the HB.

Mr.DX, how do the rears sound in the Honda "enclosure"? Do they have any midbass? Also, could you post a picture or provide a link of the Honda enclosure....I think I would like to get it.

i'll sell my speaker enclosuers from the rear...any one intrested....i don't know if i can part with the proforated encloseurs though....and yes they hold 6 1/2

What do you mean FLIP2daMax? There are two types of rear speaker enclosures? Perferated and regular? The one(s) you have.....are either OEM Honda? If not, is it an aftermarket direct blot in peice? I'm interested, but confused.
