Default SRS light

I just had my wing installed and I also had my bumper painted (fender bender incident)... anyway, when I got the car back the SRS light is on. could this have been caused by taking the bumper off, is there some sort of sensor that got unplugged? If it just needs resetting, how do I do it?

Thanks

thanks, but I would really like to do it myself because the nearest Acura dealership is about 1:15 mins away... who are ******** and the dealership I bought it from is like 3 hours away... any other way to get it off? If I unhook the battery for a couple minutes will that do it, but then is there anything I need to do when I hook the battery back up... like let it idle for ?? mins or so...?

as far as I heard, the dealership is the only one that has the equipment to turn off the light.

someone correct me if I am wrong.

If you are curious to find out what trouble code is causing it, first jumper the SCS signal like explained here http://home.comcast.net/~rsxmachine/info/CEL then turn the ignition key on to II, and carefully observe the flashes of the SRS light. the codes are in the service manual (see pgs 23-20 thru 23-27) (I will add the SRS codes to my webpage one of these days)

once you have fixed the problem, reset the code by turning ignition, insert paperclip into the srs connector, srs light will go off, then take out the clip, srs will go on, insert the clip, srs will go out.
