d16 torque converter install
I'm having a problem getting my torque converter on all the way.
I pulled my d16y8 in order to install a new engine. initially i pulled the old block with the torque converter still attached thinking that was how I had to do it. Since then I've realized the TC wasnt seated properly and keeping me from mating the block and transmission properly.
So now after trying everything i could think of; I have the engine back out and i'm trying to get the TC to seat while the transmission is still in the car.
Anyone have any experience doing this that could tell me what the trick is?
Thanks!
