Default Select Springs Installed... now can't shift to 3rd or 5th.

This is not a knock on Acuity. It's because I'm an idiot. I installed their selector springs in my 2002 CR-V AWD 5 speed. I managed to shift the gears as I removed the change lever assembly. After reinstalling everything, I cannot shift into 3rd or 5th/Reverse.
Does anyone know how to shift the transmission into neutral manually? As in, without the use of the change lever assembly.... I can see the shift fork assembly and I aligned them using an 3/8 extension. However, when I install the change lever assembly and install the interlock bolt (allen key), the shift cable that goes vertical does not go up at high. The change lever assembly appears to be in its neutral position as the shift arm aligned with the interlock open space. Any help is appreciated.

I managed to fix it.

Make sure all the forks are aligned. There are three.
