Default Temp/Fuel gauges failed together?

I was driving and watched both my temperature and fuel gauges go from where they were all the way down to the bottom and they’ve never worked again. I’ve replaced the fuse for the gauge cluster with no luck.

Also at the same time, my wipers stopped working.

Any suggestions where to start? At this point I’ve thought of going with an aftermarket water temp gauge, but would prefer if I could get the gauges in the cluster to work again…

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance gents.

I don’t know if you got it to work since it has been a couple months since you posted this, but I would say more likely than not it’s the gauge cluster itself. Especially since they both went out at the same time, it’s highly unlikely they both had failing parts in their respective systems. I would look there first but if that’s not the issue just start checking electrical for those two gauges and hopefully it starts working again.
