Do you have anything else done to the engine?
If all you did was add a set of 550cc injectors, you would start with a stock H22 (P13 OBD1/P5M OBD2) ROM cal. and change the injector flow rate to 550cc.

As far internals all stock, i have 550cc i have 255 fuel pump I/H/E... i do plan on going E85 just gathering some hoses i need to change out, but thats later. So for now im on pump 93 gas.
So from the calibration there is one that says h22 stock with 450cc inj should i choose that one?

Sure, then you go into SManager / Parameters, click the fuel injectors tab and change the current injector size from 450cc to 550cc for it to run properly. Also if you know the 550cc injector dead times, this would be the place to put them as well.

re: How does one properly calibrate an OBD1 H-series engine?
i have a issue I cant get my car to idle at 750 or 800 rpms... I noticed that on my throttle body the idle screw is missing.. so I got a idle screw from honda and when I tried to install it it wont screw in .. it has no threads. now my question is do jdm throttle bodies don't have a idle screw?
