im tryin to put my 2nd gen b16 into my crix(hasport kit. everything lines up and as i dip the tranny in but the problem is when the other side tries to drop in( the rear bracket is cupped around the rear mount also) , the crank pulley hits the frame.(not the alternator pulley.) can anyone help.
i was gonna try to drop the rear crossmember and then raise it back up,

I take it you dropped the tranny side in first right? well, when I did mine at first there was this problem, what I did was I took a jack and pushed up the tranny side while lowering the while thing. You probalby will need another person to help you push things around...

put motor at 20 degree angle with tranny on lower side....lower motor in lower than needed then bring up and put drivers side mount on then bolt through...then raise tranny into place....once driver mount on you need to take lift off of that side of motor or else you will lift whole car...sorry i type weird...don't type english...just fast
