No, not really... Not with that condescending attitude. .I've pretty much changed my mind about elaborating any further..You've owned enough turbocharged applications, so based on that, I'm rather surprised you're even asking any questions., (with your vast amount of experience and all. )

Tell ya what.. Just PM me what you suggest for a title change, so I can perform that task and I'll just go away and let you & your awesome sense of sarcasm handle the situation.. Sound good to you?

So basically, no you didnt mean anything other than that obvious statement..
Thanks anyway.

Anyone else experience anything similar that wasn't boost cut?

Catalog all major sensors on a live graph and check for signal fluctuations. Could be tps.

1. Adjust the duty cycle/temperature compensation table for the boost controller. Adjust it so it takes some duty cycle out in colder temps.
2. Raise your boost cut a touch.
Bust out that laptop and fix it.
But how can it be hitting boost cut? Did you read above? I would see it wouldnt i!

Sry ya I just read it. I would datalog a live graph of all major sensors and make sure that there's no fluctuation in any. I had a blox tps that went bad and was doing weird things.

Did you figure this out? Just curious because I’ve been having similar issues with no resolution.

unfortunate despite what I said above, after logging, I definitely WAS hitting boost cut. My boost gauge subsequently went in the bin.

Thanks for the update. Mine has been fine for 5+ years. Just starting hitting boost cut of 22psi but only in 4th at 6500 rpm. Been just throwing money at it trying to fix it. Really hard to diagnose when you have to test at 100+ mph to see if you fixed it haha. I’ve replaced distributor cap, rotor, plugs, fuel filter, Mac valve boost solenoid. TPS seems to be reading fine in my datalog and I’m not running the car in colder weather. I have a tial 44mm wastegate with 5psi spring so might take that apart and clean it somehow. All the air lines to it seem fine but only visually checked them. Only thing I have done was change the boost level at the top end in the software to fix it temporarily. Just wondering what changed 🤷‍♂️
