Cut this out of 3/8s plywood to go over the spare tire, the old one wouldn't support a bag of groceries.

Thanks for that information.
I can't wait to see it painted!
It looks like you're using PPG products. I haven't used them but I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Nice! For some reason the pictures with paint on it did not show up last time I was in here.

I ended up using a single stage paint, went with PPG

It looks like OEM tastiness!

Is that new windshield trim? If yes, can you detail what you ordered? The trim around my windshield looks bad...

It was for the three windshield trim pieces, 10 clips that hold the belt window trim on the bottom of the window between the glass and the door, the birdcage bushing that goes on the lower shaft of the shifter, and the two front fender liners. It was about 300 for the three windshield pieces, almost 150 for the liners, 150 for the clips and bushing. I hate having to buy parts from Honda, not that I don’t prefer oem parts, but they charge way to much.

Thanks man, it’s not perfect but that was my first time using a mig and first time doing body work, besides replacing panels, I wouldn’t consider that body work. But next time I would probably pay someone to do it, it took me a lot of time to get it to looking decent, I don’t know if you could notice it unless you were looking for it.

Awesome! I didn't know liners were still available.
Will you take a bunch of pictures when you replace the windshield trim? I need to do mine...

Here is a picture after the new trim and windshield was installed, I didn't take any when installing, I called a local glass company to install the windshield. looks pretty good.

I decided to go with an EK center console. The one that was in there was mix matched and didn't look good. I went that rout because I wanted a cup holder that was useable, I hate the EG cup holders, honestly I had my doubts on making it work and still look good, but I think the ones I found on the web docent look near as tight fitting as mine, maybe I'm bias because I did the work.

I didn't know when I bought this thing if it would ever be on the road or just used as a parts car! First trip out from the garage.

Big difference from what I started from.
