i just saw footage of VET spinning out from HAM's cam. VET's car was sliding to the left and then snapped right, could have easily taken out HAM

You mean when is ALO going to confirm he is driving for MCL.
Everyone's favorite diva said he wanted to talk to Renault about their PU the week after Singapore to make sure they were on the right track. Along with being one of the best F1 pilots, I didn't realize he had a degree in engineering. Honda were foolish not to use him in helping design/improve their PU.

autosport keeps reaching out to JV for comment on things like honda switching to torro rosso. his comments are so ignorant that they do not bear discussing, i'm just appalled that people bother to listen to him

I saw his rant about how it's a bad move for TR and will kill the team. Along with not knowing how to sing he doesn't understand F1 finances. TR isn't going to lose their title sponsor because TR's sponsor owns the ******* team. TR is a test bed for drivers, engineers, and now PUs. The argument that all the good people will leave TR is pretty ******* dumb too. Those people want to get noticed and get a shot to work for RB.
JV is past his expiration date. Media needs to stop asking him about anything other than how to tune a drop D, and he probably doesn't even know that. Idiot.

The head of the FIA's Formula 1 technical department, Marcin Budkowski, has resigned with immediate effect.
Budkowski was regarded as a rising star at the FIA, and a key part of the new generation of heads that, in time, were eventually expected to replace the likes of Charlie Whiting and Jo Bauer.
He has now been placed on three months gardening leave by the FIA.
Budkowski's FIA role gave him extensive access to privileged technical information from teams and engine suppliers, including research and development ideas that are typically run past the FIA before being produced.
