Nice updates everyone! Joel, I hate to say that I'm glad no one has bought your sedan.

For sure. Got tired of not being able to go play in the canyons with my coworkers. I could go up just fine but down was slow and unfun. Pulled some calipers of a later model Integra at the yard, found a Fastbrakes front adapter kit used in the RRAX parts thread, and it kind of snowballed from there. Should have some heat capacity now!

Pieced it all together myself.

Front Integra calipers (17CL14VN), Rear Integra Calipers (7CLP13S), soda blasted, painted, and rebuilt.
Fastbrakes front adapter kit & rear drum/disc conversion
Stoptech Corrado fr rotors & Centric Premium EP3 rears
Stainless lines
ITR master cylinder
Stoptech Sport Pads fr & rr
New cables and mounting hardware

Are the Integra calipers the same as like the 96-00 EX / Si calipers? I know the Civics had 2 different sizes.

You know, so am I. I kind of want this one to be a track car only. I was thinking about picking up another sedan an swapping the goods over, making a nice daily. That's just an idea. Nothing solid.

Awesome! If you find the downhill challenging post-update, in the future look into the legend fronts, they are a beast. I Also still have full working abs, I haven't false triggered them yet, on or off track.

They take the same 10.2" rotor as the Civic EX rotor but the Integra calipers have more piston area. Using the FastBrakes kit I can run them with the 11" rotors without changing over to Civic EX/Si knuckles... That also might leave the door open to run the Wilwood DPHA caliper down the road if I want to.

I also didn't really want to do a knuckle swap since I've already replaced bearings and ball joints in these. Same for using the drum/disc conversion in the rear instead of just pulling some spindles from an Integra, I already know what I've got bearing-wise at both ends of the car.

Interesting. I've used the legend setup on EX/SI knuckles with 11" rotors and clear some 15's. But I see where your headed wildwood is pretty great at braking too IIRC. I never put it through proper paces back in the day, but I was a wild-ish driver, doesn't hold a candle to the needs of a RR car braking system.

It's a shame that I can walk to Wildwood from my office, but cannot will call or steal stuff from them.

I'll probably never do it honestly, but it might be nice to have to option. It wouldn't actually add any performance to the system except for better pedal feel, more pad options, a bit less unsprung weight... and some bling obviously.

The DPHAs are just okay IMO, they don't have a bridge bar so there is a good bit of flex in them. I hate that they are intended to be used with the stock Civic/Integra rotors and not the larger ITR/CTR sized stuff, but I get that would limit their application to people who were willing to run a special rotor or a very select set of owners. They definitely are not proper RR calipers (but they'll do fine, we have a set on the Fit here at work), more for a hot street setup. They are, however, pretty damned affordable and a good option for a direct bolt on caliper.

Lol sorry. Took a little bit of work to get them on, went out in the canyons the next day, then off to Sonoma for work.

The inner lip hit the rear uca's just a tiny bit and were uncomfortably close to the tape weights, so I had to reshape them a bit.

Quick hit on the rears with the roller...

I was a little concerned that the rears were going to poke a little bit as I just don't care for that look on my cars. Fortunately they ended up about as perfectly even as they could get.

The finished product, half a week and a few hundred miles later:

Yeah the tires totally changed the car for sure. The old s.drives were pretty shagged and super dried out though, so it's hard to give a good read on purely the tire difference. The offset changed the steering feel a bit too, but that was to be expected.

wheels are Traklite Gear 15x8 +36mm
Flow formed wheels. Pretty light for what they are ~12.5lbs
Affordable too.
They are popular with the road racing miata crowd just like 949s.

Hello fellas! Keep the updates coming.

@Joel that rear caliper shot of ur car looks refreshing!
Always loved the devil in the details of ur cars throughout the years my bro.
@Adam nice wheel choice bro. Glad to see the sedan finally getting some shoes. I spy HPD/Honda Racing in the background. I wish I was that blessed.

5x55 ft of 3M 1080series wrap film would cost about $500 online. Less if u find a coupon.
I got mine from metrorestyling.com and found a coupon online for 15% off. Came out to $478 shipped which isnt bad coz shops will price-gouge you. I called around and found that shop prices for film only are between 650-800 bux. Wtf.
I paid an experienced friend to apply the wrap, btw.
