I'm looking to build a track car (For circuit racing, not drag racing) and wasn't sure if these are more of a drag-oriented product. They reduce weight and have an adjustable wheelbase which seemed useful to me, but I figured asking people about their personal experiences is always better when you're about to drop $1,500 on your 27 year old car...
For context, I'm currently running the stock drums and have been looking into DA Integra brake swaps and wasn't sure if this is a better option. I know the DA trailing arm/brake swap is normally only like $300 or less, but why not go for the best of the best?
Those are 25 yr old bike brakes and not particularly good one at that.
I like the weight drop, but I don't think the brakes are going to take much abuse.
