Could anyone possibly tell me what the he'll this is??? It appeared on the top of my valve cover after a short drive. 1993 honda accord ex wagon F22A6.

 

Just to get a better understanding, when you say the top of your valve cover.... Are you talking about externally? Or did you take your valve cover off and find it bouncing around in your valve train?

I'm pretty sure you mean externally but want to be absolutely sure that assumption is correct.
