wonder if Vettel would have had a better chance to catch Ham if Kimi woulda gotten the **** outta the way with his complaining ***.
he would have come up to RIC after VER and faffed about trying to get past him. it wouldn't have made up the margin to HAM entirely.
the safety car after GIO's crash on the front straight gave the lead cars a free pit stop after VET gambled on an early switch to dry tyres. that settled it.

Did he bring the number 6 from williams or is that Nicos old number?
If nicos old number, that explains why they accidentally called him Nico on the radio

his car says 77 on it
that engineer worked with nico for a long time. it takes a lot of getting used to. he should learn to live with it, but he doesn't want to. i guess what i'm saying is it's a hard habit to break.

give him a few races to settle into the new team. there's a lot of integration with the team in just getting the car setup
I think part of the problem is Bottas is replacing the reigning world champion and driving against one of the top 3 drivers on the grid. Not to mention the Merc doesn't have the pace advantage it did. I'm gonna guess he's pressing way too much and just needs to settle down.
Let's just say there is a reason Merc only signed him to a juan year contract and it isn't because Bottas refused to sign a longer one.
Well yeah. The quality of drivers available next season is much better than what Merc could scrape together with short notice this year. I think Bot is going to need an unbelievable season to stay at Merc moar than 1 year. I'll be amazed if he's there in 2018.
