Help with behind dash harness

Default Help with behind dash harness
I have a 94 Acura integra and found a plug dangling under The dash by the fuse box. Looks like it runs with the dash harness but doesn't seem to have a place to get plugged into. If anyone know please help.

Check the back of the fuse box.
