93 Civic EX - surging idle and stalls.

93 Civic EX - surging idle and stalls.
Need help! I have a 93 civic ex that is making my rpm jump like crazy causing it to sputter and dieing out. I changed spark plugs, alternater, and distributer but still doing the same thing does anyone knows what's causing this?

I'll keep looking... Have you tried the testing/inspection procedures in the FAQ (link)?
Nothing in the table lists " changed spark plugs, alternater, and distributer" as potential solutions.
Possible sources of your problem are: Vacuum leaks, IACV, FITV, and ECT
