So I have a civic hatch with the rear wiper and I have been considering deleting it and was wondering if I can swap the wiper control arm from an ex coupe that doesn't have the rear wiper controls? Other than the hose running to the back what else would I need to delete?
It works but I like the clean look. The rear squirter doesn't work and I have the duck bill rear wing on it. I don't ever plan on driving it in the rain either since it's mainly going to be a show car with some track time.

I'm not following you. As far as I know the Coupe doesn't have a wiper on the back it's just a rear window which I don't believe is anywhere near the same size and shape as the hatchback.
As for hose, the hose doesn't go to the wiper box. It goes to the rear spoiler which you know from your duck bill spoiler swap.
Or are you talking about the wiring and wire conduit on the driver side rear window to the wiper box that feeds power to the motor?
The easiest way would be to remove the wiper and motor box from the window, then you have to decide if you want two round plugs or one round plug and one hatch window lift handle.
The nuts and bolts holding the motor to the window are usually rusted on so bad they are nearly impossible to break free. I recall having to smash the window to get the box off to steal the hatch lift handle once.
OP wants to swap the wiper control switch for one that doesn't have the rear option (coupe), but I imagine would like to retain the intermittent ability.

eH.
Ohhhh right... Okay. The multi switch on the column... Okay. My error.
Thanks for clarifying.
@Angelsbeamer: I took a peek at the ETM for the 92-95 civic (my ETM is the 93) and it appears the main wiper switch utilizes connector 432 while the rear wiper switch of the hatch utilizes connector 430.
I haven't actually pulled the non hatchback wiper switch before but C432 seems to be a common connector for both coupe and hatch, while the hatch multi-switch has an additional C430 connector as well as using the C432 connector.
Just on a quick inspection of the ETM it appears you could swap the coupe switch in and keep functionality while deleting the rear switch function.
If you go to the salvage yard and pull both switches to compare, you will be better able to see if the fitment is the same.

thanks that's what I am trying to figure out and your post makes sense. I will check and see what the salvage yard has thanks
You will have a rotten time getting the wiper box off the rear window. These nuts and bolts are rusted all to ****. Start here, at least, to figure out if you can even make it further along on this project. Also, as for my unsolicited opinion, I think deleting functionality is dumb.

thanks for the input and the opinion, again it's a show car and not going to driven in the rain. Thanks
