Both have a 22mm piston pin BUT H-series pistons compression height is 31mm (in K-series it is 30mm).

So it will increase CR
what about rod
is there a problem to fit the h22 piston in K24a rod?

Yes, it will increase the compression ratio but it will also stick out of the deck of the block... and that isn't good unless you intend to use a .080" thick head gasket. As for your rod question, it is likely that it will NOT work without resizing the pin end a few thousandths... but you will not know until you try and slide the pin through the rod. Most aftermarket pistons are made for a common sized pin and the K24 rods are an uncommon size. The stock pins are actually 22mm minus .002-003". If the pistons were originally for a '92-96 Prelude and stock rods... you have got a shot.

I have used them in my stock rods H23a blue top and I machined the pins a little ...it worked fine in the H
so I thought I can use them in the stock rods k24
about the head gasket ,
why using 0.080" as the pistons is 1mm over in compression heights so 0.040" is enough ?

1mm is .040" tall... so you need a head gasket that adds that .040" to its original thickness at the minimum for proper quench area... so .070-080" is about right. You could also machine the top of the piston down that .040" if you have a competent machine shop.

K24 88mm 5cc piston
H22 6cc piston
Hard to use 0.080" head gas kit
may be I can go with 0.050" or 0.060" and it will be fine ?
i used zeal compression calculator but I think the results is off
k24 block 88mm Pistons ,31mm compression heights ,, 0.050" head gas kit
what CR it will give ?
another thing
H-series H23a blue top intake valve is 34mm and K24a is 35mm so I hop that there is no problem with p2V clarnesss with deep valve pocket.

No matter how you cut it, the piston is going to stick out of the block at least .030"... maybe much more if you consider that the block deck may actually be shorter than represented in the compression calculator. So, with the .050" gasket, you will have NO quench area and nearly 13.8:1 compression. With the .080" gasket that I recommended... you keep the quench area needed and the compression drops down to less than 12.6:1. The problem with the .080" head gasket is the change in chain tension and the mechanical advance of the camshafts... dealing with both will be additional challenges that truly aren't worth keeping these pistons.

In the end, the proper answer for you is to SELL the pistons you have to offset some of the cost of the new PROPER pistons that you need.

Don't skimp now.. You did it right with getting a quality company the 1st time. You're in Egypt, man!! You're not saving a dime cheapening out like that.
Head back to Wiseco.

I think cam timing will change with 0.050 ~ 0.060 head gasket ..it will be advanced .....so when VTC @ 25 degree with stock head gasket it will be @ 30 or 35 degree with bigger one .

The thicker head gasket will affect cam to crank timing events, but that is the least of your problems. You are not understanding the science of using a piston with an install height that is too tall for the block it is being installed in... so this places the piston crown too high into the combustion chamber, reducing the all-important quench area AND moving the center of the valve reliefs closer to the spark plug... thus, INCREASING the potential for valve to piston contact, which is already suspect because of the differences in valve size. My suggestion to run the thicker head gasket reduces the issues above, but creates the cam timing event issues that you have stated. The VTC timing is electronically controlled, but you will effectively alter the range from stop to stop. The exhaust cam can be degreed to cure that timing event.

In the end, the question you asked is "Can I use H22 pistons in a K-series engine ???" The answer is YES, but there are many other mods that MUST be done to make them work PROPERLY. So, is it cheaper to fix all of the issues that H22 pistons cause, or simply purchase NEW pistons that are designed for the K-series engine ???

Well I am now in a process of doing some fabrication in the h22 piston surface after doing v2p and h2p clearness to solve the problem of different valve size some clearness..
will upload pictures soon
exhaust gear will be advanced as intake as well so it will increase the overlap and I can solve the problem from VTC
MY QUSTION NOW IS do I need to change the 25 degree VTC using aftermarket camshaft in my situation? as the timing Change I think it will be like 30 or 35 degree.
