JDM ITR Front Sway
Kay so I gotta itr sway and I hear a lot about under steering issues. I don't have any sway bar attached at the moment, and I have a good amount of understeer already but I want to know should I just do front or back? Don't want a under steering slide box... But I see the before and afters on Corning with sway bar and it seems like it's a must for a track ready car.
So maybe just front sway and see how it goes? Friend told me and showed me with both bars ex front, 22mm rear on he slides out when taking any type of turn out of gear. Which I found very odd. Input?

24F/22R will oversteer, especially when you lift. Not odd in the slightest. however it also depends on the rest of the suspension.
My civic would probably scare you.
We need a lot more info about the car, and the type of driving you do.

Coming out of a turn like depends on certain conditions. Either he wasn't tracking and running from 5-0 or just didn't know how to take a corner. This also depends on tires and suspension as well, not just a swaybar upgrade. Can't tell until i see a video
Some spirited driving and some track are my intentions. It's only on some coilovers right now, running a 195/50 Hankook. Soon to be a 205/50.
Just want to know if it's going to increase under steer in a way that I'd be better off with a stock ex bar. And just put a bigger bar on the rear.
Cliff: What I was gonna do was run a 25/19 but if it's going to understeer worse than a ex I'll just do ex.

Well these cars understeer from the factory, so adding a front bar will make it understeer more.
This is what I would do. Use your front sway bar, and pickup a 13/14mm rear bar and see how you like it. if it's not enough than upgrade to a larger one. that's what I did.

Back from the dead I know..... Never got around to putting on the bar.... Really thinking about it now.
Will a JDM Integra Type R Front Sway Bar fit the eg chassis with EX front LCA? This sway bar has the GSR longer style endlinks. And is 25mm.
Looked at atleast 30 threads. Mixed answers galore, most say not without gsr lca, a couple say itr lca, and some say it all you need is ex arms. Which is true?!?!?!
But aren't gsr and eg lca basically the same since they swap out?

Integra LCAs are slightly different that EX/Si in terms of the Integra version is a bit heavier, but the swaybar mounting provisions are the same. GSR/ITR swaybars used different endlinks, that's all.

You can't use Civic endlinks, they wont fit the ITR swaybar. I'm not understanding your issue though, then endlinks you have should fit fine. The stud looks to be the right diameter and length. Better pics might help.
