Nice parts! The b16 trans is gonna be so sweet. wish i would have swapped the gsr trans out of an integra i sold .
Thanks bro, I'm excited to have my car standard! I miss driving manual
also while I'm at it I will be changing my rear main seal and oil pan gaskets with oem units so I shouldn't have any more oil leaks after that.

I promised you guys a real update so here it is. When I ordered my bumper from HMO it was supposed to come with a bumper support but never did so after about 2 months I finally got it in. It's so light that I really hope no one rear ends me again...
My Hommie from the big island really came through and got me EVERYTHING I needed for the 5 speed swap. Well except for the clutch line. He cut it on accident but oh well, I was planning on going with a s2000 cmc and stainless braded line anyways. Also I might be ordering a new shift linkage for the one with the butch pin since where the shifter goes is bent and on the bitch pin side it's really loose.
TSA must of been tripping going through this box.
I know you guys are jealous of the pedal covers. The good thing is the stock rubber covers were in good shape and the covers went where they belong.
At least it came with a sweet eBay short shifter and razo shift ****. I'm not feeling the super man colors so I will paint the shifter black and see how it feels.
He even surprised me with the 5 speed console. I'll throw the type r shift boot and Carbon bezzle and all my other type r stuff in when I do the swap.
Nicely tucked away with some of my tools I'll be using for the swap. I'll get the rest of the stuff I need and the swap has to be done before Halloween because that's when I should be starting a new job.
I love my snap on tools but Milwaukee makes a few good things.
Small update. I installed the jdm "bumper support" for the time being until I can find a usdm bumper support and really straighten out the rest of the back where it was smashed so everything lines up properly. That's for another time though.
Also so I was looking for a stock shifter and stumbled upon this bad boy on eBay. It was $90 or make offer and he took my offer so couldn't not buy it. Still waiting for it to come in.
Lastly im waiting for my S2000 cmc and stainless braided line and the manual starter and transmission bolts then I'll be ready to start my swap!
This is why the bumper wasn't fitting that good
I guess it'll offer "some" protection
I also opened up my brand new itr shifter bezzle and installed it on my manual shift console along with my itr cup holders.
I actually worked on the car today. I was going to swap over the entire pedal assembly by lowering the steering column but gave up on that after I seen how much dam wireing was in the way. When I did my civic it was a lot easier to do it that way. in the end I just swapped out the brake pedal which took 2.5 hours to do. When I get my s2000 cmc I'll swap in my clutch pedal just so it's in there when I do the swap. Other then that I'm going to drill the holes for the shift linkage and install some nutserts to make life easier if I ever have to remove the linkage. When I do that I'm also going to drill out the spot welds on the auto shifter cable part and install some nutserts there as well for the sheet metal cover that will go in that place.
This car was so virgin that it even had the bolt covers on the seats. I've owned many Hondas over the years and have never seen these before
I don't know if anyone even looks at my thread but it's all good, I'm mostly doing this to keep track of my progress
i I got one of the last gems from my interior in today. Idk if I said anything before but I'm trying to get as much new usdm itr parts as I can before its all discontinued.
Its a usdm itr arm rest to add to my collection. Some is new, some is used, some is jdm, some is usdm but it's all genuine Type R
thanks Serf! It's taken me over a year to collect all that. Just a little here and there along the way.
I just keep keep slowly chipping away at little things about daily. I installed my mans pedal and the s2000 cmc today. Took some time to get it to work as the studs on the cmc are almost too short due to the spacer but I got it to work. I just have to drill some holes and my swap might get started next week, I get off early on Monday and have Tuesday and Wednesday off so I will start it Monday after work or first thing in the morning on Tuesday. Depends on when I can go over to my friends house.
