1995 Civic will not start. Does not turn over. Fuel pump primes.
Car is a 1995 Honda Civic DX. Within the last 15k miles it has a new starter, alternator, battery, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc.
Left work today and my car was on empty. Drove to the gas station and filled it up. Started right up after getting gas and I drove to the grocery store. Came out of the grocery store and it would not start. First thing I checked is the little plastic plunger on the clutch that wears out. It was broken! Wooo easy fix. I pop the one off of my brake pedal and move it to my clutch. No luck. Still will not start.
The fuel pump primes when the key is turned over and all of the dash lights illuminate as they normally would. I checked on the starter quick in the parking lot and the ground and everything seem to be connected normally.
Should be unrelated but I also have my driver airbag out at the moment as I was in the middle of swapping out my combination switch but cannot remove the steering wheel bolt. As I said, shouldn't be related but just trying to be as thorough as I can be.
Thank you.

Try jumping the clutch interlock connector with a paperclip. It's kind of hard to reach (I am on the husky side) for some people.
I realize I can glue a penny on there but I would rather just go get the part, thank you.
Appreciate the help. Will update if this is not the issue.

So the last car I did this on was my 1991 hatch and I don't remember it being this difficult. The 5th gen civic has like a metal enclosure around the area I need to get to. Any tips to do this without removing everything? I really really do not want to do that.
Haha, yeah I didn't want to do all of that which is what the issue is. If anyone comes across this thread trying to replace the little stopper I remembered what I did last time that helps make it easier. Duct tape the stopper onto a long flat head screwdriver and carefully maneuver it into position. Makes it infinitely more easy as long as you have a good flash light and can see what you are doing.
Thanks for the help RonJ, problem fixed.
