Carlos was telling me last night at the meet someone was getting the same turbo with that wheel lol.

Crank is not damaged same with all bearings. Sleeves are good also. Still going too a turbo tough manley rod and new set of Honda bearings and a acl high performance oil pump. Exhaust wheel and compressor wheel look great. Hope the GSC valves, retainers, springs, guides, seals, work out for me lol. Going to do ferrea valve locks/keepers. Clutch still has some life on it.

The tips of thrust washers are rough like sand paper. Not sure what thats about. I am happy to get the block O-ringed and get some speedfactory L19 head studs so I can move on with the coolant issue.

He already had the high and low maps set so we ran without vtec and got 600 (to make sure I wasn't full of ****) and then we plugged it in and the first run was 734 with 11.5 afrs. And we called it good lol. The cams are the magic lol.
You running the GSC T1's as on your initial build list right ? After months of deliberation I ordered a set of T1's which should arrive soon. I'm at 5500ft elevation so your results give me some hope.
I'll be trying to max out my Holset HX40 (69 lb/min) with the new cams so hoping to reach ~ 680whp before upgrading to a 67mm wheel.

Yea the GSC t1 cams. I am getting a 4 piston outlaw cylinder head and going to bump the compression to 11.5. Also going to run a 1.06 a/r exhaust housing. Should be rolling again in couple months :D

Jesus that's some pretty high compression. Very curious how that turns out, should help with low end torque and spool. The tune will have to be spot on though, and you'll need to be using some prim-o fuel.

Not as high as Muckman's 13.5:1 compression GSC T1 Integra. 11.5:1 isn't that bad..

Well time for an update. I finally got my new Terminator turbo from the GODS at STC in and my 4 piston cylinder head/ Skunk 2 Race manifold along with new 3" out/in double backdoor intercooler. Plan to assemble bottom end this weekend with new turbo tuff rods, Speedfactory spec outlaw/arias pistons, Honda bearings, ACL oil pump, Speedfactory L19 headstuds, and JE pro seal head gasket. I also had the block oringed this time with copper wire from GE. Then I am taking it to CORaceFab to get my cams degreed and my vtv and ptv clearances checked. Didn't do a cam degree 1st time. I guess ill shoot for 950WHP? (734whp was just fine also lol) I just need to order a Weldon fuel pump. I only really run this on the street so I can only get lower 700whp down (witch is scary as hell lol). I have a set of slicks this year so ill get to see how much better its gets. Once my cage goes in and my DSS axles come in it will run down the 1/4. I also changed out to a Speedfactory tucked -AN cooling system.

Little update. Car made 841whp at 26 psi 75% duty cylce on E98. We decided to stop because I am on Hondata and AEM infinity system being installed this week. Makes 600whp at 13 psi witch is gate pressure. New stuff: Weldon 2345-A fuel pump with controller, 10 point cage, seats, harnesses, dss 5.9 axles, boost activated exhaust cutout. Going to add a smaller spring when I install my AEM system and cam trigger setup. 600hp on gate is way too much. STC TERMINATOR!!!
