Ok, I swapped the expansion valve. New O-rings. Pulled vacuum. 22 oz r134a by scale.
A/C is way colder, but the high side reading is really high, according to generic AC psi charts online.

Ambient Temp: 82
At Idle (clutch not engaged):
Low: 74 psi
High: 177 psi

Engaged at Low rev:
Low: 33 psi
High: 320 psi

Engaged high rev:
Low: 25 psi
High: 351 psi

Not sure how to read the chart you attached. How do the readings look?

If you work on your car, you must acquire the service manual and use it. Doing a simple Google search will yield a free Helms manual.

The A/C test is done under very specific conditions (see below). When done, plot the results on the chart.
