Default P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Location?!

I need help locating the TRS Transmission Range Sensor on my 96 Honda Civic EX D16Y8 auto tranny. I got the P0705 TRS malfunction and need to find it. Also, is the neutral safety switch the same thing as the TRS? Hope someone can help. Thanks

Does code repeat after ECU reset?

What do you think triggered the code?

I purchased this car about a month ago and that p0705 TRS malfunction code came up. I'll have to reset the computer and see. I only need to undo the battery right?

It also seems that it shifts in high rpm. This is a auto civic by the way.

There's no P0705. Did you mean P1705?

Not for a 96 Civic, which is the car discussed in this thread.
