Not necessarily. Those s360s use a big shaft, they like oil and aren't as sensitive as the Garrett. Those might be to much of a restriction. You need to measure the thread pitch of the oil inlet, but .065" is a bit small. I doubt if any one restrictor is needed, but depends upon oil pressure at cold start.

BW does not equal Garrett, which does not equal Holset

ok good to know! ty shodan, i just ordered all my braided lines and fittings from B&R and the guy on the phone has a similar setup. he said his customers with the s360 or s400 do not use restrictors with no problems thus far and recommended a fitting. so i went with it.

Sounds good. Yes, a fitting over a flange any day of the week.

I have BEP turbo, after talking with them directly I went with a 4an feed and no restrictor. The guy on the phone explained that with a oil only cooled turbo you need to have the proper amount of oil to cool it properly. There is a "built in restrictor" of some sort on most any BW turbo

It works perfectly fine

Probably "Wild Bill" that said that. He's not counting the EFR series. He's only looking at the larger series of BWs out there. A -3AN feed line can work, but again, depends upon the oil pressure, and the size turbine shaft is being used.. Wild Bill needs to start asking what the engine application is to narrow things down. BEP uses a lot of Big turbine shaft applications, so in most cases, he's right to use a -4AN.

Ran into a challenge with this s360. It has a 3.5inch vband out. I need to get a 3.5" to 3" vband converter somehow. I can't find one on google, anyone know where to find one?
Using 3" exhaust

You didn't look very hard. Just because the fanboy places didn't have it on their sites doesn't mean it isn't around.

Try here..

Or even here for just the clamp itself.

Make sure you don't need the mermon flange version for the T3 3.25" v-bands that the S366s had. Those were a John Deere part.

OK so i found some time outside of work but I ran into some fitment issues. The radiator is going to be literally touching the Downpipe and I need to convert the fan to Push instead of pull (FAL) ...

QUESTION: on vacuum lines, What is considered a quality product for the push lock vacuum style hoses. I have never used these but it was recommended.

And What size is the hose supposed to be. 1/4"?

I made 407whp on 91 octane with the inline pro log manifold. AC and power steering still on. Get a good tuner and you'll be fine. I recommend Shawn Church

I used DOT rated brake hose from McMasterCarr for all my push to connect fittings, in 1/4". Although they are not rated for much heat so Id try to find something more heat resistant.

Looking for OEM part numbers for:

roof rubber strips/molding that run on driver and passenger side from front to back of roof.....

the piece of plastic where the front windsheild wipers are (front air cowell?). (in between the windshield and hood)

clips that hold front bumper to fendor in the corners.

any help is appreciated.

soo upon pre test. everything checks out. EXCEPT i found a bad injector Oring.

PSI is correct for fuel pressure. It just shoots the BRAND NEW grams injector bottom half into the rubber gasket in the IM. Then it sprays all freakin over the place... might have to reschedule tune on monday for parts....

So the injector falling into the injector hole in the intake? Did you install the plastic rings?

the rings in the INTAKE mani are rubber and yes they are in there. as far as the injector itself, the Oring is loose and needs to be replaced, I started replacing the ring seals in the intake manifold first, then this happened again after, so I need a oring on the injector.
