I have done quite a bit of research on the rear disc conversion on the 95 civics, but I everything I have found so far have been for either a coupe or hb.
My question is, would all of that apply to a sedan as well or is there anything that would be different?
If anyone has a link to something that I may have missed, that would be appreciated also.

I doubt that there is any difference in the parts needed for a sedan vs a coupe or hb. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but there is a lot of good info (for front and rear brakes) in the thread https://honda-tech.com/suspension-br...egras-3044628/ which is up in the Sticky section of this Suspension & Brake forum. - Jim
The 1995 Civic EX sedan with ABS came with factory rear disc. Just find one in a junkyard and take everything you need including the parking brake cables.
You can use the rear disc trailing arms from any 92-95 Civic, 94-01 Integra or 94-97 Del Sol VTEC. Get the cable from another Civic sedan or buy them new.
