Not really. But its a sleeved piston rod K20A2, stock head with springs retainers, first gen 6262.

Thanks homie! I have a lot of respect for that car and K's in general. Its been around and together for 4-5 years now nothings changed. Same tune and all its still kicking ***.

 

I'd love to have a k in my car, but it's not happening. I'm rebuilding my b20vtec and tranny and I wonder how much more a k swap would have been because this has cost more than I anticipated. But I'm going to do some more upgrades to my car and then hopefully turbo it.

 

I did discover a semi major issue this weekend though. The car is still pushing some coolant into the reservoir under high boost. I'm thinking probably getting a little head lift. I can get about 3-4 good pulls before the tank is filled and the cooling system wont cool back down for a few minutes.

I need to do some more tests but car will probably be down for a bit as I'm a little exhausted and need to put some OT in at work.

Just wondering what head gasket your using? Is your block O-ringed? What head bolts are you using?
