Ok, so there's 3 wiper settings. Intermittent, constant, and fast, right?

I noticed only the constant and fast setting work, and intermittent didn't. So I messed around with different combinations and noticed that the intermittent setting only works when I have the headlight switch turned to either have the parking lights on or the headlights on, but doesn't work with the headlight switch off. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Or was the wiring messed with at some point?

 

Do these input tests with and without the parking lights on.

 

Fuse 26 definitely isn't blown. I doubt its a faulty wiper switch since the switch operates the other settings correctly and the motor should be fine since all the speeds work
