My '96 came the same way. I bought a whole set someone had listed on eBay. This was several years ago. But essentially you will need a condenser, evaporator, compressor, dryer, and all of the lines. Wiring SHOULD be part of the harness already in the car. If there's anything I'm missing, someone please chime in. Hope this helps you out, or at least gets ya on the right track.

I think the 98 will have has almost all the wiring in place, and a blank cover over the button on the dash that is simply pried off to expose the A/C functionality.
The system was intended for "bolt on" installation by the dealer before selling the car. Official instructions must exist somewhere.
