On pump gas I'd say its not the best idea, but on e85 or race gas it wouldn't be an issue, I've done it.

I could break 300 with very minimal work. My setup is simple simple

300 Hp is diffrent than 300 WHP!

To hit 300 WHP will take some work.
My last ITR motor/ JRSC setup made 285 HP @ 12 psi on a Dynapack dyno, on a mustang dyno it would be close to 245 WHP!

My new centrifugal supercharger setup is at 280 WHP @10 psi on a Mustang dyno with maxed out injectors at 7600 rpm so its about 300 + WHP. @12 psi.

Soon hopefully this month i will have a dyno graph comparison with my old JRSC setup that made 285 HP with 12 psi and My Pro charger setup @ 12 psi on the same motor and similar mods to compare the difference on the dyna pack dyno! should be fun! i predict about 340+ HP with the new Pro charger setup.

I mocked mine up last night and the clearances are TIGHT.
There's no room back there.
Yeah, the clearances are a bitch in the 4g chassis. I thought it required a lot of banging to get the ITR motor in there. WAY more for the blower clearance. I literally beat the hell out of the firewall with a ball peen hammer for what seemed like an hour. Gotta get to a point where you can slip a belt past the pulley. When spring rolls around, I'll try to get some shots of the clearance. The car is in storage for the winter, thankfully.

Here it is on the dyno. 222 whp @ 5psi.

Autocrossing it.

Mine put 282 down to the wheels on a supetflow dyno. I bet with cams and can gears I could break 300. Or a crv pulley. I have the fuel for it.

What are the specs on your build?

My goal is 300whp roots blown.

What cams would you use?

Keep in mind I don't want to sacrifice midrange for peak.

Oh I know I could break 300whp with a centrifugal sc or turbo, but I need the down low grunt from a roots blower for autox.

Alright, the noob in me has come out. I picked up a set of used injectors, 310cc from a member on here, and now I am confused as to making sure they work and fit in my fuel rail.

They have the numbers D1720BA on them. They seem to be Bosch style. The guy I bought them from they are RC Injectors.

I have a D15B7 with a JRSC. Not running yet, but piling up parts. Will these work? Or what should I go with?

Stock b16
JRSC with LHT. Custom heat exchanger. 11.2 peak PSI
E-85
3" Intake/Exhaust
Neptune
1000cc Bosch Injectors

That's really it. Torque curve is flat. Like I said if I could keep the belt from slipping a CRV pulley would put me over 300

It appears that they are Bosch topped RC Injectors. Measure the width of the top of the injector (fuel rail end). They look too big for a standard Honda/Acura fuel rail, so you might have to bore it out to make them work. The large size is only for K series.

Should I purchase an aftermarket fuel rail to avoid problems??

OEM or aftermarket rail isnt going to be any diffrent
you will just have to check if they fit
if they dont fit , make them fit or buy new injectors

I see this thread.... https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/d16-edelbrock-fuel-rails-cheap-3123074/

States the rails are machined for Bosch injectors. I want Golden Eagle, anyone running them with Bosch injectors? I have been racking my brain in the FAQ's to keep from bugging you guys.

MRGRIM you have been alot of help, I appreciate it. I am delaying my JSRC install for a while until I have EVERYTHING sitting here. No half-assed ****....besides stock non-vtec. lol

ok lets start again
any fuel rail you get will fit
be it OEM or aftermarket
they will only fit the same fitting size as OEM injectors Ie:- the hole for the injector

if the ones you have are to big its either mod the rail
or
new injectors

Yes, as these people habe stated... its only for a style of injector.... almost every injector is modeled on Bosch's general design.. so if these are bigger than OEM Honda units then no matter what rail you use, it will have to be modified.

Part number you have is D1720B-01D034B
The injectors are 315cc Lucas injectors.. 12ohms, ev1 style connector. Split fountain discharge

And THEY ARE NOT FOR A HONDA RAIL. I just looked it up..

This is the part number you need.. D1720B-01D034-325B

You can clearly see the difference in the rail side of the injector, its been cut down to fit our smaller rails.
So what you have won't won't unless you have your existing rail modified. No shelf b/d/h series rail will fit them.. or sell them and take it as lesson learned

Oh and to Thmanx, I've been looking for a good air tool for port work. What's the unit in the picture? Seems solid and easily controllable.. plus its looks small overall so it can go in tight spots

Just go with a bigger injector.

I have 550cc for my blower project and wish I had gone with 750cc because I'm going to do an e85 tune also. :/

So I decided today that I would do a slight porting of my JRSC and make a plate to block off my silencer ports... That didn't happen because I couldn't get the SC off.... Anyone know of a decent how to? Can't find any on removing a JRSC from b16. Spent a couple hours just frustrating myself.
