Default b16 cable S1 quaife lsd install queation?

Hey guys I got a question about the LSD install? Recently I broke my stock differential and my case clutch housing broke too so after some research I can't find more information about cables tranny finally after talk with David of syncrotech he told me that I need to use the b16 cable s1 or the cable ls from acura small spline so I found me a case from a ls small spline also I'm install a new final drive with the quaife LSD. My question is on the used ls clutch housing if I put all my b16 gearing from my S1 OLD TRANNY and the LSD and final drive did I need to shim anything like the LSD or what else I'm missing any help will be appreciate. Marco

You will need to shim both the mainshaft and the LSD. Shimming the mainshaft requires an OEM tool so you can check the clearance.
