id say so cause even in the book of violations you cant even modify the car any way, shape, or form. not only that 22 inches is almost stock height. it also talks about lifted trucks being no more than 54 inches at the center of the headlight. never see those ****ers get pulled over

 

you never see a ford or chevy get a loud muffler ticket either...

that cop looks like a dumba$$, cops here will scrape the paint off around
the vin on the fire wall to see if its vin swapped. run the motor vin and if the
