Default KW Variant 2

thinking about picking up a pair of these for my DC2, as for I think I going to start running the car in autocross! I've been drag racing for a longtime and it seems the industry has changed a bit. Less drag events here on the west coast(so cal)....So hence my turn toward road racing!...

So have any here used a pair of these????? Likes, dislikes? doesn't have had to be on a DC!

Lemme know

Thanks!

Get out and get through a few events before you buy ANYTHING, unless its maintenance or safety items

Yea get those tein's revalved and save some money for the track.
You have them right in your back yard.
Call them up and see what the cost of revalving is gonna run ya

I run KW variant 1 on my M3. daily driver and autocross. (believe they are 400lb springrates)
very happy with them as a dual use setup. i do find myself wishing they had higher spring rates for autox use though. though my hotshoe friend frequently gets street tire FTD codriving my car at events. so they can't be all that bad.
you have to check with KW. depending on the model they may not revalve them. they told me they recommend a max of 100-200 lb increase on spring rates with the base valving.
they are definitely a good quality product. just make sure that they will suit your needs.
