is civic si tb wire the same as ex??
because the dealership clerk give me si tb wire instead of ex.

 

do u mean tb cable? umm ex motor is a d. si is a B motor. and im pretty sure they r diff bc of the intake mani being diff and also bc its a totally diff motor

idk i know a 95 coupe is 17910sr3a51 and 96 coupes are 2 diff ones 17910s01a02 and 1710s04a02. you know how i found out? i called honda for those idk what ur part number is but give honda a call and when u post something give specific details so ppl dnt have to ask u a million questions ! aka year make model ect.

 

oh and if its a coupe or 4 door and **** like that helps to .

i took your part number and put it in hondamajestic
and it came out 22806 is dx and 22805 is ex

 

so your all good now? someone should type a sticky or faq about throttle cables and what works with what

 

yeah,I went back and got the ex wire,that is really short comparing to the si and dx,
but the dx and si look the same as in long.

yeeaahhhh!!!! no more stuck throttle,stupid dx wire.

 

haha yea routing of the CABLE please stop calling it a wire its not wire. but the routing of the cable makes a diff bc of the intake mani and what tb ur using and **** but thats cool ur all good now im glad it worked for u
