B16 Oil covered sparl plug stem
B16a2...I've read more than one thread about this problem and I came to the comclusion it should have been my o-ring gasket or covers, w/e they are called. I call Honda Parts, they look my motor up, it seems the b16 is the only one where it has to come from the rings under the valve cover. I replaced them under 2 months ago along witht he valve cover (and hondabond on the valve cover not rings) oh, and oil is only in #3 all the others are dry as can be. and it's not justt he bottom of the stem it's more than that, and a small pool of oil around the plug. I went a head and got 4 more rings that are not aftermarket and i'm going to try that first, my question is if that is not the issue what would be next?? the parts guy told me it wouldn't be the head gasket, how else would oil in a b16 get into the combustion chamber??

wouldn't be the head gasket. maybe you pinched the o ring. that's really the only way you can get oil in there unless you're pouring it in there...

or if the plug is loose oil will go into the chamber. but however, if its not into the chamber the rings r def wrong or pinched something, not horrible or hard to fix.

kitchen napkins rolled up long enough to reach where the sparkplugs are at is a good way to remove all the leaked oil from inside"napkin soaks it up". replace head gasket afterwards if its defective.

haha replace head gasket. ima be like google. did you mean "valve cover gasket" ? or "o-ring gasket" ? lol def not head gasket. if it was head gasket it would leak coolant into the oil or blow white smoke. head gasket = superflous
