Anyway, for those who can read and comprehend English. The FLP shifter is longer, but has similar to stock throw. The advantage is that you're not reaching down by the floor every time you go to shift. I'm sure the OP is the type who drives around with his right hand on the shifter at all times and his left hand at 12-o'clock on the steering wheel like a Vin Diesel wannabe, so he wants a very "short" shifter. A shorter than stock throw will allow you to shift faster than your synchros will allow, thus grinding into gear. Short throw = short tranny life.

This is not. That is a straight up myth and completely incorrect. I've had a short shifter in my car (stock height, shorter throw) in my car for well over 175K miles, and NEVER had a problem with grinding. The only problems I've had were due to user error. My transmission has over 275K original miles on it with no grind whatsoever. Short shifters do NOT cause transmissions to grind.
what car is that? def doesnt look like any 94 integra ive ever seen
I have the B&M Pro shifter come wit Spherical bearing in my DA and i Love it. You can adjust how long and short it is and its Great. Only problem is that when i let some one else drive my car they cant tell if its in gear cause it so short.
I have a B&M **** currently in my dc4 and it can only fit the B&M ****. The threading is different from OEM.
So my question is: What short shifter do I have? An older B&M? There were a few guys that said they used a skunk2 **** on their B&M and I would like to do the same.
I may switch to the Skunk2 short shifter just so I can use the Skunk2 ****.

Someone cut my shifter before i got my car and its really annoying cause the shift **** is just sitting on there. I could just get a universal one but i want the threads to be able to change it. how hard is it to install a short throw shifter?
Ok so... if i feel lik the stock shifter is alil far out for my short arms i needa dual bend shifter? that correct? anyone have a pic of it lyin next to a stock one ?
yeah, if you read the whole thread, there is a pic up of a stock one beside an aftermarket one. man, there is alot of threads lately of short shifters. if you guys would search a bit, i'm sure you'd find something. also, i know for a fact there is a big write up in the tech forum. its a few years old, so try searching for that in the archives.

and here it is installed in my 91 integra w/ a skunk2 shift **** and my stock shift **** to give you an idea

here is a side by side comparison of the stock height on the left/twm dual bend on the right
