The best place to start is with the headlight harnesses. Disconnect them from the headlights and run them back through the firewall, or simply run the under the frame rail. I searched and found quite a few write ups on how to do it. You can also eliminate unnecessary brackets and things like that, it really cleans up the engine bay. Here is one... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1175099</TD></TR></TABLE>

Good stuff

If you start to go into the harness, make sure you have a point from where all the wires are gonna come from, as a starting point, per say. Thanx for the info 8 O Ate

Actually 20 hours to tune a DIY ITB setup isnt bad. any REAL tune takes at least all day. Not to mention all the little tweaks ITB's need (tps calibration, idle screw, throttle cable, etc) then to get it to run right and maximize power, my man hours are still adding up and I think im finally close!

i've had someone tell me it shouldn't take that long at all...tps was calibrated, idle scret was set...the throttle cable was pretty hard lol...but i got it on there. if noone buy my car or the itb's i'll just go ahead and give in and get s300 and tune it lol
