Default Velocitytrends

i bought a gsr hondata IM gasket from velocitytrends back in april, after i didnt receive it and heard nothing back from him i filed a claim on paypal, he told me that he had indeed shipped it and to let him know if i didnt get it by the end of that week. well end of the week came and nothing, he said he would refund my money, so i didnt raise the paypal claim to a dispute(stupidity on my part after the lack of communication) well its now two months since i paid him and i still dont have the gasket or my refund, i went and bought another gasket from a different member on here so all i want is my money back. he hasnt responded to my last few pm's regarding this situation. all i want is my money back. this will be taken down IF that ever happens

Good luck, shady shop. I bought kpro 2 years ago and found out it was ****. Sent it to locash in arizona and he confirmed it and fixed it for me. Velocity trends said he would make it right , yada yada blah blah BS and then disappeard. F them file your dispute ASAP! I was new to paypal and didn't know I could dispute it before it was too late.

if you would rather text/call me when you find out my number is 573 241 5901. il go in the post office tomorrow and see if they have it there and forgot to put a notice on my box or something
I sent it regular shipping, I put the gasket between two pieces of flat card board (like a sandwhich) and taped it up very very well. I went to post office today and they said they couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay for insurance. They said to wait to see if it is returned to you at my address.

If you don't get anything by Friday let me know. I will refund you. I have other gaskets here and parts. I was selling all the parts that were left fropm when I closed my shop down so to be honest to loose the gasket is not a big deal for me. I knowthe money is for you so I have no problem giving it back to you.

It sucks but oh well. In the end it doesn't matter to me. Hell if it eventually gets there and you get your refund just keep it.

Steve

That's a bunch of B.S., cant the mods get block this guy until he responds or just ban his ***?
Will your bank or CC company refund you the funds, since it was paid through paypal, just inform bank or CC that you got scammed and they should refund you the money, then paypal will go after him for money.

i would if it wasnt 6 months ago already. now looks like im screwed out of 25 bucks he says he will give me 25 back now, i told him just send it im tired of dealing with his bullshit and imagine that no response to that pm even though hes been online on that site. what a bunch of crap. oh and the dumbass people on racejax all bitching about it only being 50 bucks let it go, my thread on there got locked, if he had any more people on his nuts they would fall off. i dont care if it is only 50 bucks its the principle of the matter. i paid 50 bucks, got nothing, and am only getting 25 back(IF this peice of **** can keep his word, his track record says otherwise) so i basically just pissed away 25 bucks. even if i get half a refund i will not do business with steve ever again and i would recommend the same to anyone else whos considering. he never provided prrof of shipment, im just supposed to take his word that he shipped it. hell for all i know he never did. steve and the majority of that racejax forum are a huge joke.
