I purchased a PR3 OBD-0 ecu from mr.k24 back in July of 2010. Here is some of our conversation.

The ECU sat in my garage for a while until I needed it. That's when I opened it up and there was no eprom and another chip was jammed into a chip slot and pins were all bent up. Either this guy has no idea about ECU's or he scammed me on purpose. I'll take the latter. I should have checked this when I first got it but I've tried contacting mr.k24 back with no avail. He is currently selling some other ecu's but beware and make sure you get a picture of the inside before it is sent or something. In my opinion, I would avoid this seller due to his integrity.
