Default I'm avoiding N1Concept

Full refund plus the extra labor charges and packing that was incurred was fully refunded. Great service via FeiLong.

This is foul, we were talking about this today. Imagine how many people that might be rocking a poor mans "r" and not even know it. And paying for a real itr motor. Shoot us a call tommorrow. I am going to see what we can do to get you taking care of and worry about this later. So atleast you can be on the road.

I'm about to file a claim about them as well through paypal.

Was told I was going to be charged $300.00 for the ctr exhaust shipped to my house. They messed up on the invoice payment first time which was $271.88 and canceled. 2nd time was for $350.00. They adjusted the price on the 2nd invoice and corrected it to be 300 shipped. Now I check my bank account because it was transferred through my account. It was charged $350.00. Called them to cancel my order because I'm selling my car. They said it was fine. First time on the phone with them they said "It was already been refunded." How was it refunded when I never contacted them about it? Checked my account, call back and told him it was not. He said "hold on, let me check. Okay your good to go. Money's been refunded" Checked again and it was not refunded. Not sure what the deal is. But just thought I post this along with your experience. Still awaiting to call them back when they are open.

tried calling you but you haven't been picking up the phone...goes straight to V-mail. Hit me up...need to ask about the alarm stuff.

I was at the shop yesterday that has your motor and I saw it. I also know Norman @ N1 and he is a good guy. I hope he takes care of the situation.

they tried to correct the wrong and i'm just returning it. Don't want another motor from them since i don't trust them on the motor at this time.

i'm waiting for them to get me my refund on the motor, pick up the motor, and refund the cost to tear down the motor.

Waiting....and if no actions are taken...repost will be in order
