long story short i sold and ship him mint headlights, they got to him damaged in shipping, he immediately filed a charge back claim and not a shipping claim (he did not want or pay for additional insurance) claimed i shipped him broke items and that i was a horrible seller. I've sold Thousands of parts on here, locally and other forums, although i try and make everyone happy some people you just cannot please. Paypal is a joke for many reasons which im not going to debate, he got his full refund due to it being paid thru pp with a Credit card (joke) and has kept my headlights which are probly on his car at this moment. I have pics of said lights before and after shipping or you can check the thread created in this forum on me.
Sell parts to him and he will most likely scam the system and keep the $ and your parts!!!!!

Look, it is not your first time shipping parts in a lazy and shitty manner, so be a man and just admit you ****ed up on your end and just leave Diablo out of the picture. Now, put yourself in his shoes, you pay a seller for some headlights and they're not only fuked up ,but you can't even install them due to the sellers negligence with the packing. Buddy we all make mistakes, so just take this as a lesson and move on with your life. Most importantly, learn how to package "things" properly or else you'll just **** yourself over again and next time it could be something more valuable. just my .02cents.

Shane, how does it feel now that the shoe is on your foot?
If you cannot properly package items for shipping, it becomes the shippers loss.

So what......big difference between damage in shipping and me sending broken parts to begin with.......where is the money now....where are the headlights......exactly
There is the very real possibility the lights are not damaged at all, the buyer filed a fallacious claim and kept the money and good lights, that's the point of the thread.
ive filed a claim for damaged goods before through paypal and they require you to provide a tracking number to prove you sent the product back before they give any money back

yea but the bullshit about this is he used a Credit card thru paypal so pp let them charge back and pp claims they can't/wont do anything about it....paypal will get another lawsuit....they suck sooo hard
If the buyer really kept the good headlight and posted a different broken head light, the situation is very fishy... I won't take either side but the buyer do sometime scam sellers and try to get their $$$ back + keep the item...
If the item was shipped and arrived damage because of poor packaging, the seller is the one to be blame.
Should of handle it the OG way where you ship back the item and refund the money so you'll get something back.
Hey everyone,
To set my side, you can search here because I posted a thread about this as soon as I received the package. I dont have time to scam anyone and i dont play games.
i tried sending them back, but I am not shipping back an item on my dime that i paid for to be in working condition. I asked him if he would like to do this and he said no. So i filed a claim. He then accused me saying that the lights are on my car. Negative. They are still in the same crappy box with the crappy packaging that i received in. I can probably salvage the lenses and the guts. who needs those?
at any time a buyer files a shipping claim with the courier, the courier is going to inspect the box, whether they were broken before or not. its on the shipper, which some people cant seem to understand. If you dont meet a company's requirements for packaging, they wont refund the money.
heres the pictures on the day i received the items AFTER contacting him.

wake up and smell the coffee.
Dood, he used a credit card to fund the purchase because situations like this. Had he used a checkings account he might as well kiss his hard earned cash good bye. In fact, most people use credit card to protect themselves from mis-represented goods or damaged goods. He has better things to do than to fund the purchase with a cc just to scam you?
