Default Derek from All in fab

I bought a Intake manifold from him 2 years ago and never got what I paid for I paid 1200$ for the manifold and he told me it was going to take a few months at the moment I didn't mind waiting since I was still building my engine. so 4 months later I message him and he told me it was almost done. 4 months later I message him again he told me he was super busy with other builds and he was going to finish it soon. I understand he has other builds and a life but I was almost done with my engine and my car so I wanted to get the manifold before I put the engine in. So 6 moths later I message him again he told me he had some problems with he's shop and he's workers. I felt for him and gave him more time. 5 months later I message him again at this point I told him to give me back my money my car was was done all I need it was a manifold. He told me he was almost done with it and he was going to ship it in a week that was on April 17 2013 after that I message 5 times he did not reply.

Can anybody help me find this guy I just want my money back I lost all hope on my car. guy like this are the ones the kill the sport. I know he works with speedfactory.

2 years and you're just now making this public?

It always boggles my mind how operations like this will bend over backwards and get products to big name guys instantly but continually screw the little guy

And of those little guys, how many actually get something in a timely manner?

I hope he steps his game up now being associated with a shop like speedfactory.

If you know he works at SpeedFactory then why not just call their shop? It seems like a no-brainer.

That's why you pay with PayPal and if you don't get it in 90 days file a claim.

They will give you your money back.

You waiting that long is kinda your bad dude....
Sorry to but if its a custome made there's still no good reason it should take more than 90 days.

If he is truly that backed up then he should stop taking orders, establish a waiting list, and not accept payment u till he can manage his work load In a reasonable time frame.

Sometimes it pays to be a dick.

How a business "forgets" about an order is beyond me. Hopefully since he works for a bigger comopany now they will hold him accountable for his actions

Granted that all of this happened before Derek worked for them but as an business I would hope that they would atleast attempt to let Derek know that he needs to settle his prior obligations because that shouldn't carry over to them.
