To everyone on Honda-Tech..
First.. am not saying Smoothy is Scammer..I just want you guys to know about the problem i am dealing with right now, since this is Vouch Thread..
Send money to Smoothy on April 6, 2004 amount of $525 for LS tranny...good working condition
After few days late he pm me saying he did not receved the right parts to fix the tranny and it will take few more days... I wait few more days.. still no tranny so I ask for refund..
He said he have to wait becuse he ask paypal to send money to his home and make sure it will be clear.. cool but how long do i have to wait...
I talk him last night about getting refund.. he got mad becuse i want my money back.
I fill our paypal Disputes and Requestsand for my refund..
and this is how he reply back,....

There is no bullshit in that. I could prove it all, even the messed up order that Majestic made. I could give you all the slips and tracking numbers to show you what happened was exactly what I said. When I said wait the 30 days, I didn't mean wait after 30 days. I meant wait close to 30 days so I have time to resolve this. But that doesn't matter because I see that you don't listen or believe me and have gone and filed a complaint. Like I said, you won't get it any faster, and that's not because I'm going to sit on my *** and do nothing. There is nothing I can do.
And look at all the help you've given me. You say you've done credit card refunds all the time, yet you can't even show me.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Bought some Blox Tuner Type-B cams from Smoothy. Shipped quick, got here fast as I could have asked for, sent me free cam gears and the key's and bolts for them as well. EXCELLENT packaging, couldnt ask for better even if ups or fedex or usps packed it themselves
